3. Subscriptions

When you sign up for a membership you will get unlimited streaming access to all products on the site, plus unlimited streaming access to any album backings you purchase through the site.
You can cancel your membership at any time after signing up.
Payments will be taken automatically upon the next due date stated on your confirmation email for the period you chose to sign up for (monthly, half-yearly or yearly).
All membership plans available to customers on https://theguitarlab.net are subscriptions, and automatically renew at the selected increments (monthly, six months, yearly, etc). There are no contracts, and customers may cancel any time before their plan’s renewal date to avoid further charges.
4. Purchases / Terms & Conditions for Downloads & Streaming Access
4.1. Streaming Access
After signing up at TheGuitarLab.net, you will have unlimited streaming access to all included video lessons and jam track packs as part of your subscription or purchase. Streaming content is for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or redistributed in any form.
4.2. Downloads
Downloadable Content: Only backing tracks (in audio format) and PDF booklets are available for download.
Non-Downloadable Content: For security and copyright protection, video lessons and jam track packs are not available for download. These can only be accessed via streaming on our platform.
4.3. Usage Restrictions
All downloaded and streamed materials are provided for personal educational use only. You may not:
Share, resell, or distribute the content in any way.
Upload our content to other platforms or file-sharing services.
Use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
4.4. Account Responsibility
Your account is personal and non-transferable. Please do not share your login credentials. Any violation may lead to account suspension or termination without refund.
4.5. Updates & Changes

5. Cancellation
Please note that, as our products are digital, you will not have a right to cancel or a refund once the purchase has completed if the stream count is above 0.
If you are a member you can cancel your membership any time directly from your account.
